Products. Fourth Bloom products are cosmetic products for external use only. They are not drugs and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, including hair loss. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have a scalp condition, consult your doctor before use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Review the full ingredient list before use, including if you have allergies (contains wheat germ and soy extracts).

Orders and payment. All prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where pricing or availability errors occur. Payment is processed at checkout through our payment providers; we never store your card details.
