Our 90-day promise

If Fourth Bloom is not right for you, email us within 90 days of delivery and we will refund your first order in full. Keep the bottles. You do not need to ship anything back, and you do not need a reason.

We chose 90 days because the honest timeline on a scalp serum is eight to twelve weeks. A 30-day window closes before you could possibly know whether it worked.

How it works. Email hello@shopfourthbloom.com with your order number. If you are willing, add a line about why it was not a fit, because it helps us improve. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. This applies to your first order, one claim per household.

Subscriptions. You can cancel or pause at any time from your account page or by emailing us. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum number of months. Cancelling before your next renewal date stops all future charges.

This guarantee does not cover orders lost because of an incorrect shipping address entered at checkout, but reach out anyway and we will do our best to help.
