Our goal

Moms make the hardest season of their lives look easy. Fourth Bloom is here to make sure someone notices, and to give her a few minutes a day that are only hers. Simple, fragrance-free care, honest about what it does, from a family that has watched this up close four times.

She is doing superhuman work.

Growing a person, then feeding one. Healing while running a household that never closes. Learning a job nobody trained her for, mostly at night, mostly unseen.

Fourth Bloom makes care for her, for the fourth trimester and the months after. Fragrance-free, simple things she can use in two minutes, with one hand, at 3am if that's when she gets a minute.

What we make

  • Face: a hydrating serum, an eye gel-cream, a barrier moisturizer, a gentle face wash, a niacinamide serum, two calming and bounce-back serums, and a 10-minute mud mask
  • Body: a one-ingredient shea belly and body butter
  • Scalp: a botanical scalp serum for the shedding weeks after birth
  • Gift sets, for everyone who wants to bring something for her

What we leave out

No added fragrance or essential oils. No retinoids. No exfoliating acids. No hydroquinone. Every ingredient is printed on the bottle, and everything is filled in the USA. Two of our serums contain animal-derived ingredients (snail mucin and salmon-derived PDRN), and their pages say so plainly.

Shedding after birth is normal, and it passes. We wrote down the honest version of postpartum hair loss: the timeline, what is worth doing, and what we will not claim.

A note from me

I'm Julian. I started Fourth Bloom after watching my wife go through four pregnancies.

Every time, what stayed with me was not how hard recovery was. It was how much she was doing, and how little of it anyone saw. She had just done the most extraordinary thing a person can do, then went straight back to work. No breaks. No days off.

Almost everything for those months is made for the baby. I wanted to make something for her. Simple, honest about what it is and what it is not.

I'm one person, not a corporation. I answer every email that comes to hello@shopfourthbloom.com, usually the same day. If something is wrong with your order, tell me and I will fix it.
